Bandits Little Leaguers Win World League Title

The Manitowoc Bandits sponsored Little League team in the World League of Manitowoc Youth Baseball League completed their outstanding season by winning the Championship Game over Applebee's by a score of 3-0 at Lincoln Park on Saturday night.  Austin Tess pitched three innings of shut out ball to pick up the win while Jack Hermann pitched the final four innings to pick up the save.  The Bandits Little Leaguers sported a 12-1 record over the summer, losing only their first game before running the table on the rest of the season.  They will be recognized on the field before Monday's home playoff game.
