Bandits Playoffs Hopes Pinned on DePere

The Bandits playoff hopes are so slim, you might not even see any light.  The Bandits needed Sheboygan to lose three of their four remaining games and that meant that Manitowoc, going into Wednesday night, needed  DePere, who is 1-19, to beat the Sheboygan A's in two of three contests they have remaining with them this week while the Bandits must defeat DePere on Thursday night.  Lo and behold, De Pere mustered a win at Sheboygan Wednesday night by a score of 9-5, giving them just their second win of the season and keeping the Bandits playoff hopes alive.  The Bandits now must defeat DePere tonight and then need the A's to lose on Thursday night when they play the Oshkosh Giants and have De Pere win atleast one of the two games they play on Friday night in their regular season ending double header or if Sheboygan also wins tonight at Oshkosh, De Pere must sweep the doubleheader.
