Bandits Score Nine Unanswered To Win 12-10

 

In Game Two, the Cavaliers jumped on Bandits starter Andrew Wyman early and often. Eau Claire scored four runs in the first and third innings, including two runs in the fourth.

The Bandits made it a 4-3 game in the second with RBI’s from TC Lee, Max Stepan and Doug Bloom.

Trailing 10-3 in the bottom of the fifth, the Bandits’ batted around the line-up to score six runs and make it a one run game.

After Greg Herr threw a perfect sixth, Kyle Schroeder doubled and advanced to third on a wild pitch to start the bottom of the sixth.

A pop up and a strikeout gave the Bandits two outs, Lee hit an RBI triple, on a full count, to tie the game.

Max Stepan walked, and Mike Hall hit a two RBI double, also on a full count, to give the Bandits the lead and win.

Herr threw two perfect innings to collect the win.
