Bandits Still Can't Solve Storm

The Green Bay Storm completed the season sweep of the Manitowoc Bandits, winning 7-5 at Municipal Field and capping off a 4-0 run in the regular season.  With just over one week to go, the playoff picture is as muddied as ever as six teams vie for four playoff spots.  Greg Herr tossed six innings with most of the damage coming on homeruns by brothers Doug and Rob Coe.  Stewart Larson and Josh Krowiorz each doubled for the Bandits but no hitter had more than one hit on the evening.  The Bandits took an early lead by scoring three runs in the bottom of the first inning when Krowiorz double plated Mike Hall and Larson.  The Bandits host De Pere Thursday night in a doubleheader at Municipal Field.  The game is a makeup of a game scheduled at DePere that was rained out so De Pere will be the home team on Bandits turf.
