Season Ends with Loss, Menasha Advances

 The Menasha Macs will advance to the Championship Series this year to play the Green Bay Storm, who eliminated the Sheboygan A's, after Menasha defeated the Bandits 9-6 on Sunday night.  The Bandits run of consecutive Championships comes to an end at two as a new champion will be crowned this summer.
Max Stepan was 3x5 in the contest with at triple while Sam Spurney was 2x5 with a homerun.  Josh Krowiorz was 2x5 and Nat Richter had a double in the contest.  Matt Phipps took the loss, going six innings and giving up six runs, three earned.  The Bandits end the season with 38 wins, making it one of the franchises most successful summers.  Continue to watch the website or follow via FaceBook to find out who will be returning from this team as they look to make it back to the top in 2010.
