A Tale of Two Games: Bandits Split with Addison

Both Addison and Manitowoc each got a win for Christmas this year as the Bandits and Braves split their Saturday Doubleheader at Municipal Field.  The first game was all Addison as they jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the top of the first inning and cruised to a 12-3 win.  Game two was much tighter as the Bandits and Braves were tied 1-1 into the bottom of the fifth inning when the Bandits erupted for four runs and Parker Johnson picked up the complete game win by a score of 5-1.  The Bandits and Braves play again today, Sunday, to wrap up the four game series with another doubleheader beginning at 1pm.
